My classes are built based upon my monthly participation in Georgia Association of REALTORS® Form Committee Meetings and as a Member of the Subcommittees that build and revise the brokerage agreements, contracts, exhibits and stipulations.
I hold a REALTOR® license for training and consulting. I have more than 25 years of experience as a real estate closing attorney.
Regular CE classes are available on contracts, special stips, financing, negotiation and much more. Speciality classes are license law, REALTOR® Code of Ethics and Fair Housing.
